We are happy to issue a full refund on any product that has been purchased from Daruche Collection. If you have received a faulty or a damaged product, please take its picture immediately and share it with our Customer Service on the same day you receive it. Our representatives will be in touch with you in two business days. If they find the product to be faulty, the product will be exchange. However, please note that you must make the complaint and return the product within one day of receiving the order to claim exchange.

We will not assume the liability for damage or loss during shipment back to us. Once the product is received, it is inspected by our team. If the item is declared as defected by our quality inspection team, we will return the original amount and bear the shipping cost. Refunds will be issued by Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa based on customer preference within 24 hours. You are requested to contact us before shipping the products back to us.

If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your product or have had a change of heart, you will be offered the exchange option. Once the three-day time has lapsed, you won't be able to exchange the product.

Conditions for Return:

• Products must be unused.
• Items must be returned with original packaging in mint condition
• For exchange, product(s) must be sent back to Daruche Collection within one day of receiving the order.
• The customer will have to pay and send the product back via courier service to Daruche Collection.
• Every saleitem or stock clearance sale item would not be change or refund
