What payment methods do you accept for customers outside of Pakistan?
For customers outside of Pakistan, we offer multiple payment options to ensure convenience and ease. You can make payments in advance through Western Union, Credit Card, Debit Card, and PayPal.
Can I order through the website only?
No, you also Inbox us on Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp with your address and contact number to confirm your order.
When I place an item in my cart, is the item reserved for me?
To ensure the item is added to your order, you must complete the order and make payment (Overseas Customers)
When can I expect my international order to be delivered?
All international orders take a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum 3 weeks. Tracking number will be provided via email after completing and dispatching the orders.
Is there any special tip for maintaining the jewellery ?
To prolong the life of your jewellery, our customers are recommended to keep it wrapped in a piece of soft cloth or tissue. Avoiding jewellery contact with water and perfume spray will also help prolong its life.
